We truly value your support and are committed to providing a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please take a moment to review our updated policies regarding pre-orders, cancellations, returns, and international orders — especially in light of recent changes to international trade and customs regulations.
Pre-Order Policy
Many of our products are available as pre-orders, which means they are purchased in advance based on customer demand before arriving from our suppliers. Because these items are made or secured specifically for you, all pre-orders are considered final once placed.
Refunds & Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. However, due to the nature of pre-orders and increasing international shipping complexities, we’ve updated our cancellation and refund policy:

All pre-orders are subject to a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee (if cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice).

No cancellations can be accepted once the item has shipped or is in transit from our supplier.

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on your country’s regulations.
Important Update for U.S. Customers
Due to recent changes in tariff and import policies affecting shipments to the United States, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges for U.S. orders at this time.
We know this may be disappointing and appreciate your understanding as we work within the current trade environment.
Returns & Exchanges
To preserve the surprise and integrity of mystery (blind box) products, we only accept returns for items that are clearly damaged from the outside of the box due to non-human factors.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Duplicate characters

Change of mind

Quality concerns with sealed products

Items returned without an unboxing video (from start to finish)
If your item is eligible for a return due to damage, we require a full unboxing video for after-sales support.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return (if approved), we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Important Note on Blind Box Items
All blind box products are factory sealed and packed randomly by the manufacturer. We cannot inspect or verify the contents without compromising the integrity of the item.
If you encounter a quality issue with a sealed product, we kindly recommend contacting the manufacturer (e.g., Pop Mart) directly for further assistance.
Price Adjustment Policy
At Little Mysteries Store, our prices are based on current market value, which may fluctuate due to supplier costs and availability.

Once an item has been processed or shipped, we cannot retroactively apply discounts or adjust the pricing.
