  • Ready-to-ship items are processed within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Pre-order items typically arrive at our warehouse in 1 to 4 weeks, but may take longer due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or supplier delays.


Shipping Time

  • Once processed, orders typically take 3 to 15 business days to arrive, depending on your location.

  • You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.


Where We Ship

We ship from Canada and currently offer shipping to the following:

  • Canada

  • United States

  • Most European countries

We also ship to many other countries worldwide.
To check if we ship to your country, simply proceed to checkout — if you're able to complete the checkout process, it means we do ship to your location.


International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on local customs processing and postal conditions.


Pre-Order Terms

  • By placing a pre-order, you agree to wait for the item’s arrival.

  • Pre-orders are made specifically for you and cannot be canceled once they are processing or in transit.


What Should I Do If My Order Is Late?

We work closely with our carrier partners to keep delivery estimates as accurate and up-to-date as possible. However, occasional delays can occur due to customs, local weather events, or other factors beyond our control.

  • If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery timeframe or if the tracking information appears unusual, please contact us immediately.

  • Important: If the dispatch date has passed more than 30 days, we may not be able to assist, so please reach out as soon as possible.


Shipping to PO Boxes

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes when using FedEx or other courier methods.

  • Please provide a physical address at checkout.

  • Note: All shipping addresses must be written in full English characters, without special characters or non-Latin script.
